Convenience Fee

Paying via Credit or Debit Card will incur an added 3.5% Convenience Fee

• Deposits are fully refundable if canceled within 7 days of payment.
   
• Cancellations made after 7 days, but more than 60 days before the retreat start date, will be refunded at 50% of the deposit amount.
   
• Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat are non-refundable. If the guest provides a suitable replacement for their reservation, a refund will be issued, less a 10% reservation change fee.
